This week’s Listicle topic was super fun and I couldn’t resist. I am supposed to write 9 fictional facts and 1 truth but I am switching it up.
I am not creative enough to make up 9 fictional facts. So here are my 9 truths, and 1 fictional fact. Can you guess which one is a lie?
My 9 Facts and 1 Lie
- I went skydiving in college. Don’t worry it was tandem.
- I participated in a few beauty pageants as a preteen, notice I didn’t claim to be a winner…
- I was a math and science geek in high school, AP Calculus and AP Chemistry anyone?
- I was a cheerleader in junior high and high school.
- My stolen car was featured on the news during a high speed chase.
- Peter proposed to me at Disneyland, in front of the castle.
- I have been to 6 different countries, hopefully more someday!
- One of my college internships required me to kill rats via guillotine.
- I experienced tear gas because of a nearby demonstration.
- I’ve been to the Amazon and we saw pink dolphins.
Can you guess which one is a lie?

I’m guessing 4, but it’s pretty much a crap shoot!
Wow–rats via guillotine?? Stolen car in a high-speed chase? Pink dolphins? Tear gas? Your list was phenomenal, and even more so knowing it was nearly all true! I’m dying to know which one was a lie.
I’ll take a wild guess that it’s #1.
My guesses are 4 or 8. But I don’t know that you could make 8 up, so… yeah. That’s my choice.

I am really hoping it’s the rat one! That’s pretty gross! I hope #6 is true, because that’s really awesome and very romantic
I’ll go with #7, but really don’t have a clue. Sounds like a fun, full life — even missing out on one of those.

Oh. I hope for you all of them were true. Especially Number 10. Number 5 false? No, make it Number 8. But that’s so weird it’s probably true.
I’m going to have to go with the cheerleader, as that is the only one that isn’t completely crazy. What an interesting life you’ve led, for a science and math geek especially. Unless that one’s the lie, then it’s been a very interesting life for a cheerleader.

I’m picking the cheerleader one. I like what you did with the format. I’m starting to get the crazy lies embedded in the blogger profiles in my head. The guillotine better be true because, in my head, it is now part of your bio.

Cheerleader is the lie! HA! I had trouble coming up with my list as well. Mostly because real life is way crazier than anything I could ever try to fabricate. There are many half truths on my list!
I hope it’s #8… *shudder* I think doing that would traumatize me…
