On our way to preschool each morning we play “I Spy” watching for school buses, fire trucks and tractors. My little boys love all kinds of vehicles but construction equipment is especially exciting!

They were in HOG HEAVEN when we had a little skid steer over to start our garage project.

Of course we don’t usually have construction vehicles in our front yard, so the next best thing would be construction toys!

Perfect toys for my little construction obsessed dudes! I jumped at the chance to review a couple of CAT Construction Preschool toys. I knew the boys would L.O.V.E. them!

And I was right!

We were sent a CAT Preschool EZ Machine Bulldozer and a Take-A-Part Trucks skid steer.

The CAT Preschool EZ Machine Bulldozer is a great remote control toy that both boys can easily operate. At 4 1/2 Quinn figured it out super fast and really enjoyed maneuvering it around! And with a 1-button remote control it’s easy enough for even Elliot to enjoy!

What’s even better than a remote control construction vehicle? How about a construction vehicle you can work on with a “real” drill.

The boys love the CAT Preschool Take-A-Part Trucks skid steer! The motorized hand drill actually helps remove and assemble the truck components. With a forward and reverse button, it’s “just” like daddy’s drill! It’s recommended for ages 3 and up but Elliot has fun with it too!

I really appreciate that the boys like both toys, so they easily trade back and forth while playing. There is no fighting over which one they get to play with. Both toys are winners at our house!
