My easy and good recipe is to make dressing….. I take 2 boxes of stove top chicken flavor, fix like box directions. Then saute chopped onions and celery in butter til done, mix in with the stuffing… put all of it in a baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes on 350. Easy stuffing!

We always have brunch on Christmas with my family and one of the easiest brunch recipes is a ham & cheese crock pot casserole…just tear up slices of bread, put cheese and ham on top, and mix up eggs, milk, and evaporated milk with parsley and pour on top. A dash of paprika and cook for 3-4 hours and your done!

66 Darcie November 12, 2010 at 9:37 am

an easy substitute for rolls from scratch: use rhodes dinner rolls- allow them to thaw. butter a glass baking dish and sprinkle parmesan, garlic salt, italian seasoning, and sesame seeds first in buttered dish and then add rolls. melt a little more butter on top of rolls and sprinkle another layer of seasoings, cheese, and seeds. follow package directions to allow rolls to rise and bake. these are surprisingly yummy and everyone wants to eat multiple rolls

67 Darcie November 12, 2010 at 9:46 am

i think their tortilla soup sounds yummy. key lime cheesecake is my absolute favorite dessert of all time, so i’d be excited to win this!

A favorite quick and easy recipe for the holidays: Brownie Bites!

Mix up a batch of brownie mix and bake in mini muffin pans that have mini holiday paper liners in them. While they’re baking, unwrap dozens of chocolate Kisses of your choice (Swirl is very pretty!). Immediately push a Kiss on top of each mini brownie when you take the pans out of the oven. Easy and beautiful holiday treat! :-)
