We always have brunch on Christmas with my family and one of the easiest brunch recipes is a ham & cheese crock pot casserole…just tear up slices of bread, put cheese and ham on top, and mix up eggs, milk, and evaporated milk with parsley and pour on top. A dash of paprika and cook for 3-4 hours and your done!

an easy substitute for rolls from scratch: use rhodes dinner rolls- allow them to thaw. butter a glass baking dish and sprinkle parmesan, garlic salt, italian seasoning, and sesame seeds first in buttered dish and then add rolls. melt a little more butter on top of rolls and sprinkle another layer of seasoings, cheese, and seeds. follow package directions to allow rolls to rise and bake. these are surprisingly yummy and everyone wants to eat multiple rolls

A favorite quick and easy recipe for the holidays: Brownie Bites!
Mix up a batch of brownie mix and bake in mini muffin pans that have mini holiday paper liners in them. While they’re baking, unwrap dozens of chocolate Kisses of your choice (Swirl is very pretty!). Immediately push a Kiss on top of each mini brownie when you take the pans out of the oven. Easy and beautiful holiday treat!
I love to make pumpkin pie. Of course I use the canned pumpkin…and the frozen pie crust…which makes it much easier. Thanks!
